About You
Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
5 to 10 years' relevant industry experience.
Strong civil engineering background, ideally including time with a civil contractor.
Sound understanding of construction industry practices, contract administration and relevant legislation.
Working knowledge of 12D and AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project.
Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable managing competing priorities and delivering to deadline.

About the Role
Provide technical leadership and direction across a range of civil engineering projects.
Lead project planning, execution and delivery to agreed budget, program and quality standards.
Coordinate internal teams, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
Manage project budgets, forecasting, invoicing and contract variations.
Liaise with authorities and service providers to secure approvals.
Act as Contract Superintendent, Principal's Representative and Contract Administrator.
Prepare tender documentation, technical reports, drawings and specifications.
Conduct site inspections and report on progress and performance.
Chair project meetings and manage ongoing budget and program updates.
Build and maintain solid client relationships.




Support business development, including proposals and client engagement.
Mentor and support junior engineers within the team.
