Club Munmorah, located in Lake Munmorah on the Central Coast of NSW, is looking to recruit a Chef/Cook for the award winning Brasserie. Club Munmorah boasts a healthy membership base of 6,900 members. Club Munmorah operates 7 days per week and is regarded as a meeting place for many of our locals.

We are seeking a full time chef/cook to produce delicious, quality food while maintaining the highest level of food and food safety standards, and the overall performance and reputation of Club Munmorah in the local community.

Working at Club Munmorah means being part of a catering team that runs at full speed, especially on weekends . You’ll be in the thick of it, moving rapid, staying sharp, and producing high-quality dishes under pressure. It’s challenging—but that’s where the growth happens.





Your Experience and Skills Include:

· A genuine passion for food and displaying high standards of production and presentation

· Excellent communication skills

· Solid plating and presentation skills, with a focus on attention to detail

· The ability to work collaboratively with your team mates

· An eagerness to help develop and train others

· The capacity to multitask and work well under pressure

· Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

The position is open to Australian residents only.

Pay: $79,500.00 – $85,000.00 per year
