Our client is a global leader in environmental services, delivering sustainable waste management and resource recovery solutions across major municipal and infrastructure contracts. This prospect is based at their Nudgee depot in Brisbane, working within a newly established team.

The Role:
Supervise and support drivers across daily routes
Attend sites and resolve operational issues
Manage truck drive of rear lift, front lift, side lift vehicle and route-related issues
Monitor safety, fatigue and compliance requirements
Handle customer concerns and escalations
Conduct site checks and monitor service quality
Complete reports, paperwork and administration
Support training and improve operational processes
