About the role

Harwood Property Agents is looking for a motivated school leaver or someone at the beginning of their career to join the team as a full-time Real Estate Trainee. This is an chance to get paid while obtaining your real estate qualification/licence and learn the industry from an experienced team, skilled sales coaches and industry specialists. You'll get hands-on experience across the entire real estate business and work alongside an experienced senior team in a small business where you'll be exposed to all aspects of real estate.

Key responsibilities
Sales and property marketing
Social media, content and branding
Preparing proposals and property appraisals
Coordinating photography, marketing and signboards
Open homes and attending auctions




Learning the sales process from listing through to settlement
Front desk, phones and client service
Assisting multiple sales agents
Coordinating offshore support team
General office and team administration

About you
No real estate experience required
Confident, organised, and valuable with people
Interested in property and social media
Keen to learn and build a career
