Support Worker Wanted – Eltham North & Ivanhoe

We are looking for a reliable and friendly Support Worker to join our team and provide ongoing support to a participant in the Eltham North and Ivanhoe areas.

Eltham North
Support 4 days per week
Hours to be discussed based on availability
Support includes attending the gym and assisting with community activities

Ivanhoe
3 hours, twice a week
Ongoing regular support
Community access and day-to-day assistance

About You

We are looking for someone who is:
Reliable, patient and friendly
Comfortable supporting someone in the community
Confident attending the gym
Able to build a positive and respectful relationship with the participant
Available for regular ongoing shifts
NDIS experience is preferred
