The Manager (HR Case Management) role requires a confident and credible leader who can:- lead and develop a team of case management specialists- advise senior leaders on complex people, performance, conflict and dispute matters- develop evidence-based risk management strategies- represent the department's interests in complex case management matters, including Queensland Industrial Relations Commission conferences- build trusted relationships with stakeholders through a coaching and business partnering approach- support responsive and contemporary employee relations practices- ensure advice and decisions align with relevant legislative, industrial, regulatory and policy frameworks.
To thrive in this role, you will bring substantial experience delivering human resources advice within a business partnering model,
specialist expertise in complex performance matters, and the ability to lead a team towards broader organisational priorities.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in industrial relations, law, human resources or a related field, together with membership or certification through the Australian Human Resources Institute, will be well regarded.
Due to this role having access to sensitive data, a criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment to the role.
