Mader Group is looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our Perth team. You’ll work closely with finance and operational leaders, turning numbers into meaningful insights and helping drive better commercial decisions.

This is a broad role with plenty of exposure, a great team around you and a genuine pathway into senior finance positions.

The Role

You’ll be involved across the full finance function, with a strong focus on management reporting, commercial analysis and partnering with the business.

You’ll be responsible for:
Management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis
Analysing costs, margins and operational performance to identify opportunities
Partnering with non-finance stakeholders and turning financial data into practical insights
Supporting financial reporting, compliance,



audits and continuous improvement initiatives

About You
Ready to make the move from an Audit role in to commercial finance
Exposure to ASX is desirable but not a necessity
CA/CPA qualification
Ability to build relationships and be diverse across functions
Outstanding communication skills are a must
