Cathara Consulting is seeking a commercially focused Financial Analyst to provide strong forecasting, reporting and financial analysis with a solid focus on revenue modelling and calculations.

This is position is based on site in the Northern Territory.

Key Responsibilities
Forecasting demand, analysing markets and modelling revenue.
Managing monthly revenue calculations, billing, invoicing, reconciliations and accruals.
Preparing revenue, energy, pricing and volume analysis for reporting, including to the Board.
Assessing the commercial viability of major capital works, business development proposals and private sector opportunities.
Providing economic advice on costs, pricing, demand and market conditions.
Recommending risk management and mitigation strategies.
Supporting commercial outcomes required under Government Owned Corporations legislation and the Statement of Corporate Intent.

About You
Degree qualified in Economics, Accounting, Finance or similar
Solid commercial analysis skills, including investment analysis, forecasting, financial modelling, trends analysis, and cost/management accounting.




Skills in policy development, quality management, performance monitoring, and reporting.
Robust IT skills across word processing, spreadsheets, project management tools, and relevant business systems, experience with Pronto highly regarded
Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with senior management and financial/operational teams.
A collaborative approach with the ability to manage priorities and contribute to a supportive and positive team.
