Facilities & Operations Manager: Shopping Centre Assets

$140,000 to $150,000 package (inclusive of superannuation), plus an excellent bonus

About the Opportunity
Our client is an established owner and operator of a mixture of Non-Residential property assets. They are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager or Operations Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a shopping centre asset in Liverpool, South Western Sydney.

This is a broad and hands-on leadership role, combining full accountability for building operations with a significant capital works program tied to a major development project on site. Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will oversee both hard services and soft services delivery, while managing CAPEX planning and logistics coordination for developments.

About You
• Demonstrated experience in a facilities management role,



with accountability for a large or complex built asset. Retail, commercial or mixed-use experience is preferred.
• A proven track record managing compliance obligations, including AFSS, WHS, building code, and DA and council requirements, within a multi-tenancy setting.
• Experience managing a diverse contractor base, including cleaning, security, mechanical, electrical, fire and hydraulic services, with accountability for performance and value.
• Exposure to CAPEX management and logistics coordination for a large development project would be highly regarded.
