POS Technician - Payments / EFTPOS

About the Role
This is a technical support role focused on EFTPOS and POS products. You'll handle end to end on site installations, configure hardware and software, and provide ongoing technical support to merchants.

What You'll Be Doing
Setting up and configuring POS terminals and payment hardware, ensuring connectivity and functionality




Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues in the field and remotely
Training customers and internal teams on devices and systems
Communicating technical information clearly to both technical and non technical audiences

What You'll Need
2+ years in technical support, field support or device support - troubleshooting hardware and software
Hands on experience with POS systems, EFTPOS terminals or payment devices - ESSENTIAL
Ability to pick up recent tech quickly
Solid problem solving skills and a proactive attitude
Full Australian drivers licence
