Hot Temple Torquay is searching for an enthusiastic and highly organised Studio Manager to join our team.

This is a hands-on casual position of approximately 15–20 hours per week, combining studio management, administration, member support, staff coordination, social media and approximately five fitness classes per week.

Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the day-to-day operation of the studio
Communicating with members and following up enquiries and payments
Coordinating staff, class covers and weekly timetables
Assisting with staff training and providing ongoing feedback
Creating and managing engaging social media content
Teaching approximately five classes per week

The ideal applicant will be confident, reliable, friendly and passionate about health,



fitness and creating an incredible member experience.

Previous management and social media experience is essential. Applicants must also hold relevant fitness qualifications and be available across a combination of mornings, evenings and weekends.

Casual rate: $46 per hour plus superannuation. Additional classes are paid separately.
