Bennco Group is seeking expressions of interest from experienced Operations Managers for our growing Paraburdoo operations.

About the role
Reporting to the Chief Operations Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day operational delivery across projects/sites in Paraburdoo, driving performance, safety, and commercial outcomes across the team.

Key responsibilities
Lead and manage on-site operational teams to deliver projects safely, on time and on budget
Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and reporting
Manage stakeholder relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal teams
Oversee budgeting, cost control and resource planning
Champion a strong safety culture across all site activities

About you
Proven experience in an Operations Manager or senior leadership role, ideally within construction/civil/resources
Robust leadership and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in remote or regional locations highly regarded
Relevant trade, engineering or business qualifications (or equivalent experience)




Current driver's licence; [relevant tickets/certifications] highly regarded
