We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network and Telecommunication Planner to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, maintaining, and optimizing our clients’ network and system infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in installing, maintaining, repairing, and diagnosing faults in communication systems.
Support the configuration and integration of network and telecommunications technology, including hardware, software, peripherals, databases, and operating systems.
Help develop and maintain documentation of communication systems, including policies, procedures, guidelines, regulations, quality standards, inventories, and logs.
Monitor network performance and assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational network issues.
Participate in the planning and development of network infrastructure to support reliable and scalable system performance
Communication with vendors,



service providers, and external IT support teams to ensure contractual performance and service delivery are met.
Contribute to optimising, testing, and upgrading network systems and hardware/software environments.
Assist in monitoring network traffic, activity, capacity, and usage to help maintain network security and ensure the network runs efficiently.

Requirements
Advanced Diploma in Information Technology or above in a related field
Proficiency in Windows and Linux server environments.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is highly desirable.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Relevant certifications in ICT/Networking is preferred.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
