We are a busy qualified family looking for an experienced, reliable and proactive Housekeeper & Household Organiser to help keep our home running smoothly.

This is a hands-on role combining regular household cleaning with laundry, ironing, cooking and general household organisation. We both run our own businesses, so we are looking for someone who can work independently, notice what needs doing and help keep the household organised without needing constant direction.

Hours: Approximately 15 hours per weekSchedule: School hours are absolutely fineRate: $45–$50 per hour, depending on experienceEngagement: Contractor arrangement

The role includes:
General household cleaning and tidying
Washing, folding and ironing
Changing linen and keeping bedrooms organised
Straightforward family meal preparation and cooking
Kitchen organisation and general household upkeep
Helping maintain household systems and organisation
Keeping on top of day-to-day jobs that make a busy family home run well

This is not a heavy-duty cleaning role involving large or specialist cleaning jobs. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys creating an organised,



well-run home and is happy to combine cleaning with broader household support.

The right person will be experienced, trustworthy, organised and intuitive. They will be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of their responsibilities rather than waiting to be directed.

Previous housekeeping or similar household experience is essential, and references will be required.
