Café Front of House All-Rounder

Melody Café in Mooloolaba is looking for a friendly and reliable Front of House All-Rounder to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, stays calm during busy service and is happy to help wherever needed.

Key responsibilities:
Welcoming customers and providing friendly service
Taking orders accurately and using the POS system
Serving food and drinks
Clearing and resetting tables
Keeping the dining and service areas clean and organised
Assisting with basic coffee preparation when required
Occasionally helping the team safely adjust outdoor tables, chairs and umbrellas

What we’re looking for:
A positive attitude and valuable customer-service skills
Reliable, punctual and able to work well in a team




Comfortable working in a busy and active café setting
Basic understanding of coffee preparation
Latte art is not required
Previous café or hospitality experience is preferred, but training can be provided to the right person
Weekend availability is key
