We're looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and people-focused Mobilisation Coordinator to join our close-knit team at our Henderson office on an 8:6 roster. With a predictable 8:6 roster, you'll have the flexibility to plan your time outside of work while still being part of a busy, rewarding and team-focused workplace.

You'll play a key role in mobilising our workforce, ensuring our crews are work-ready, site-ready and where they need to be, when they need to be there.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate workforce mobilisation and schedules
Manage onboarding, inductions, medicals and training
Verify licences, tickets, qualifications and competencies
Maintain mobilisation trackers and compliance records
Liaise with clients, employees and project teams
Coordinate PPE, access cards and site requirements
Follow up outstanding documentation and resolve mobilisation issues
Assist with general administration, including reference checks, spreadsheets, timesheets,



data entry and job orders
After hours on call rotating with other 8:6 team member

Skills & Experience
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and people skills
Confident with Microsoft Office & Excel
Able to multitask and work in a quick-paced environment
Proactive, reliable and a great team player
Blue-collar recruitment experience highly regarded
FastTrack 360 experience advantageous
