Forum Recruitment are proud to partner with a global corporate real estate client to appoint an experienced Retail Transaction Manager to support the delivery of leasing and transaction outcomes across a high-profile retail portfolio for an iconic Australian brand.
The Position
You will be working within an established national property team to manage a varied pipeline of renewals, relocations, market rent reviews and other lease events across a high-volume retail network.
Responsibilities include:
Manage lease renewals, relocations, rent reviews and other lease transactions across the retail portfolio.
Monitor critical lease dates and ensure transactions are delivered on time.
Prepare site assessments, market analysis and leasing recommendations.
Negotiate with landlords and coordinate stakeholders to achieve commercial outcomes.
Support lease documentation, incentives and make-valuable obligations through to completion.
Provide accurate reporting and maintain portfolio data integrity.
Influence outcomes with key stakeholders.
About you
A current NSW real estate licence or certificate of registration
Knoeldge of the Retail Leases Act (NSW)
Experience in retail leasing, property or transaction management
Solid knowledge of leasing processes, critical dates and commercial documentation
The ability to prepare clear recommendations, approval papers and stakeholder updates
Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail
Confidence using property systems and reporting
Travel when required
