Position Details:

Cutler & Marion Wine Bar are thrilled to announce that we are looking for someone to join our senior management team. We are currently seeking to find enthusiastic and self-motivated Restaurant Managers and Assistant Restaurant Managers with a passion for the industry, experience in leadership and a sharp eye for detail.

The Assistant Manager is responsible for:
Overseeing the day to day running of the pub in accordance with the Owners’ instructions
Being the point of contact for regulatory bodies
Ensuring that all staff have current RSA certificates and that the RSA registry is up to date at all times
Ensuring the venue is run in a manner compliant to its liquor licence.

Requirements
Relevant qualification or equivalent work experience
Experience leading service within a high-quality venue.
In depth knowledge of food and wine
The ability to control the financial performance of Marion Lane

Salary

$80,000 to $90,000 base salary

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
