Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
• Set and monitor sales targets, revenue and performance.
• Develop promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Analyse market trends, customer preferences and competitor activities.
• Identify current markets and business development opportunities.
• Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention and loyalty.
• Lead and support sales and marketing teams to achieve performance objectives.
• Prepare performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills
• Relevant qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or a related field is desirable.
• Previous experience in sales and marketing management.
• Strong experience in developing sales strategies and achieving targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Strong analytical, leadership and business development skills.
• Experience in retail, jewellery or luxury goods is highly desirable.
