The Prospect:

As the Senior Policy Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of strategic policy initiatives and legacy outcomes for the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Working within a high-performing team, you will provide high-quality policy advice, engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, and contribute to projects that will leave a lasting impact on Queensland's future.

Some of the responsibilities include:
Responding to requests for information and advice across government, including preparing timely, well-researched correspondence, submissions, briefs and responses on complex policy issues related to the Games.
Supporting the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of strategic policy initiatives, projects and legislation.
Undertaking research and analysis on a range of Games-related issues to support key government priorities and inform decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a highly organised and adaptable skilled with strong analytical, problem solving and written communication skills. You will be capable of interpreting complex information, developing evidence-based advice,



and producing high-quality written materials for senior stakeholders.

You will also be able to manage competing priorities, deliver outcomes within tight timeframes, and build effective relationships to achieve positive outcomes in a collaborative environment.
