Private Landscape Gardener – High-End Residential & Commercial Properties

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Private Landscape Gardener to maintain and manage the grounds of two high end residential properties, along with multiple commercial sites.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in presentation, understands attention to detail, and is passionate about delivering exceptional results.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance, care, and presentation of established, high-end landscapes. The properties are maintained to a premium standard and require someone who treats them as their own.

Key Responsibilities
Lawn care (mowing, edging, fertilising, aeration)
Garden bed maintenance, pruning and seasonal planting
Irrigation system monitoring and minor repairs
Pest and weed management
Hedge trimming and shaping
General grounds upkeep and cleanliness




Coordination of external contractors where required
Maintaining equipment and ensuring safe work practices

About You
Proven experience in high-end residential landscaping or estate gardening
Solid plant knowledge and horticultural understanding
Exceptional attention to detail
Reliable, discreet, and professional
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Current driver’s licence (manual preferred)
Relevant horticulture qualification (preferred but not essential)
