Job Type: Casual (ongoing, consistent shifts)
Hours: Within store hours — Mon–Fri 11am–7pm, Sat–Sun 11am–6pm. A few shifts per week to start, with room to grow.

We're a specialty shisha and hookah retailer with a Melbourne store and a busy online operation. With a long-standing team member moving on in February, we're looking for two reliable all-rounders to join us.

This is a hands-on, do-a-bit-of-everything role. One hour you're helping a customer choose their first setup, the next you're packing online orders out the back. If you like variety and don't want to stand still, you'll enjoy it here.

What you'll be doing
Serving customers in store — advice, product recommendations, and genuine service
Processing sales and taking customer payments at the counter
Picking, packing and dispatching online orders accurately
Preparing and handing over click & collect orders
Receiving stock, unpacking deliveries, and keeping the stockroom organised
Keeping the store clean, tidy and well presented
Assisting with stocktakes and general stock handling
Answering customer enquiries by phone and email
General day-to-day support across the store and back of house

What we're looking for
A quick learner — full training is provided,



but you'll need to pick things up rapid
Friendly, confident and comfortable talking to customers
Reliable and punctual, with the ability to commit to consistent shifts
Organised, and able to work independently once trained
Physically capable of lifting and carrying boxes throughout the day
Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but attitude matters more
An interest in shisha is welcome, but not required

Requirements
18 years or over
Full working rights in Australia
Reliable transport to Knoxfield (limited public transport in the area)
Availability across weekends — we're open 7 days, and both roles include weekend shifts
