Description

As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll support people with complex needs living in Supported Independent Living to build skills, routines and confidence. At their pace, in their way.

You’ll be trusted to:
Build solid, respectful relationships
Support daily living, personal care and community participation
Follow explicit behaviour support and safety plans




Work as part of a stable, communicative team

This role is for you if:

You stay calm when things don’t go to plan
