HMC Group Solutions are currently seeking qualified Trainer & Assessors in the Riverina.

This role offers the chance to deliver practical, industry-focused training across a range of sectors while working with a supportive and experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver nationally recognised training and assessment services.

• Conduct assessments in accordance with training package and regulatory requirements.

• Provide learners with support, guidance, and constructive feedback.

• Maintain accurate training and assessment records and documentation.

• Ensure all training and assessment activities comply with applicable standards, legislation, and organisational requirements.

• Participate in validation, moderation, and continuous improvement activities.

• Maintain vocational competency and industry currency within areas of delivery.

• Maintain current knowledge of vocational education and training (VET) requirements and industry developments.

• Represent HMC Group Solutions professionally when interacting with clients, learners, industry stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.





• Travel to client sites as required to deliver training and assessment services.

Essential Requirements

• Current TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent qualification meeting current regulatory requirements).

• Relevant vocational qualifications, licences, and competencies relating to the training being delivered.

• Demonstrated industry experience and evidence of current industry currency.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Current unrestricted driver’s licence.

Physical Requirements
