You may have gained your administration and systems experience supporting an L&D; or HR function, or your experience may come from a combination of roles such as systems administration, event coordination or broader business support.

We’re looking for an organised and enthusiastic HR Administrator, internally known as a People Services Officer – People Experience, to join our People & Culture team in Fairfield on a 12-month fixed term contract.

This is a fantastic entry-level chance for someone who has recently completed, or is nearing completion of studies in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline and is looking to gain practical experience within a large organisation.

You don’t need to know everything on day one. We’re looking for someone who is organised, curious, comfortable with systems and data, and genuinely keen to build a career in HR.
