We are a agile and growing Allied Health clinic based in Gladesville (lower north shore, Sydney) committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

Brain Hub is a recognised health-care centre for helping people with complex neurological conditions, including post-concussion syndrome, dysautonomia, balance and dizziness conditions, stroke, as well as ADHD, ASD, genetic disorders, cerebral palsy and more. We currently operate 2 clinics (next door to each other) with one dedicated to adults and the other to children.

Description:

We are seeking a warm, friendly, organised Receptionist to join our neurorehabilitation clinics in Sydney. You'll be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming and productive front desk experience. Remuneration commensurate to employment arrangement (permanent/casual) and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
First point of contact for managing phone and email inquiries
Booking/revising appointments
Processing payments and managing billing
Liaising with healthcare staff and practice manager to ensure smooth clinic operations
Maintaining patient records with confidentiality




Supporting the clinical and broader team with administrative tasks

About You:
Australian residency/ citizenship
2+ years of previous experience in a receptionist/customer service role, preferably in healthcare
NDIS experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills (fluent english essential)
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced workplace
A positive and friendly attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer service
Familiarity with clinic booking systems
Possess Paid WWCC and National Police Check
