Support Worker – Eltham North

We are looking for a caring and reliable Support Worker to support a participant in Eltham North.

The participant has dementia, so we are looking for someone who is patient, calm and understanding, with experience supporting people with dementia or memory-related needs.

Shifts available:
Monday: 4–6 hours
Several mornings during the week: 9:00am–12:00pm
Ongoing shifts available

The support will include:
Going to the gym and providing support during the session
Community access
Supporting with day-to-day activities
Providing encouragement and reassurance
Helping maintain a secure and positive routine

We are looking for someone who:
Has experience supporting people with dementia or memory difficulties
Is patient, friendly and reliable




Can build a trusting relationship with the participant
Is confident supporting someone in the community
Is comfortable attending the gym
Has NDIS/disability support experience
Has a driver's licence and access to a reliable car

This would suit someone looking for regular, ongoing weekday shifts and who enjoys providing consistent one-on-one support.
