We currently have an exciting prospect for a receptionist to join our lovely team in York!

Be the first point of contact for our patients
Recording treatment information in patient records
Patient management; answering all phone enquiries, booking & confirming appointments; checking in, processing and managing customer accounts and payments
Performing recalls
Follow-up for patient care

What we are looking for:
Ability to work in a team
Friendly and positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Exceptional patient care
High attention to detail
Ability to multitask and take initiative
Exceptional phone manner
Available Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

Dental experience preferred, but not essential
