About the role

You will play an key role across both our Wine Club and Cellar Door, helping us build lasting relationships with our customers and deliver an exceptional visitor experience.

Key responsibilities
Welcoming and engaging cellar door visitors
Conducting wine tastings and confidently talking about our wines
Managing Wine Club administration, communications and member relationships
Processing sales through our POS system
Maintaining accurate customer and CRM records
Assisting with winery events and helping create memorable experiences
Responding to customer enquiries and solving problems creatively
Supporting Wine Club promotions and customer engagement activities
Helping maintain the presentation and smooth operation of our cellar door
Working collaboratively with the wider team

About you
Cellar door, hospitality, wine retail or wine club environments experience
Planning and delivering events experience
Customer service and relationship management experience
CRM systems, POS systems and data entry experience




Wine sales and customer engagement experience
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
Previous customer-facing experience
Confidence using computers, POS and CRM systems
Availability to work weekends as required
Warm, friendly and positive personality
