We are seeking a motivated and safety-focused Blend Plant Operator Assistant to join our team in Karratha. This role provides hands-on support to the Lead Blend Plant Operator across daily site operations. Following successful completion of training, the successful candidate will transition into the role of Blend Plant Operator.

Key responsibilities:
Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move finished products and raw materials throughout the Karratha site.
Assist the Lead Blend Plant Operator with daily blending operations and production activities.
Support the productive and timely dispatch of goods from the Karratha site.
Assist with customer delivery requirements and ensure products are prepared accurately and on time.
Help maintain compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) regulations and site procedures.
Actively participate in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of site operations.




Take personal responsibility for maintaining a secure workplace and minimising environmental impacts.
Ensure Personal Protective Equipment is worn correctly, maintained, and used in accordance with company requirements.
Perform general warehouse and operational duties as required.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
A current and valid Forklift Licence.
Proven experience operating a forklift safely in an industrial or warehouse environment (at least 12 months' experience).
Solid communication and teamwork skills.
A proactive attitude with a commitment to workplace safety.
Willing to undergo medical and drug & alcohol screening
A willingness to learn and develop into the Blend Plant Operator role through on-the-job training.
Must be residing in Karratha.
