The Role

Grow your career with our expanding industry leading business! Join our Production team as a Line/Forklift Operator. Reporting to the Shift Production Manager this role involves:
Work in a state-of-the-art bakery continuous production environment
Monitoring the production line and machines
Identifying and resolving production issues
Mixing experience essential for mixing roles
Liaising with maintenance to resolve complex issues




Undertaking thorough cleaning of the line between lines and throughout shift
Packing products as required (this includes cold environments)
Cleaning the production line and surroundings
Operating a forklift to move product and ingredients into and out of production

What you Bring:
Previous experience as a line operator in a fast-paced FMCG workplace
Forklift licence essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong work ethics and a positive attitude
Ability to be flexible under changing setting and workloads
Ability and willingness to learn multiple processes
Attention to detail
Initiative and question when in doubt
Ability to work as a team member and autonomously
Ability to lift up to 25kgs
