What you’ll be responsible for:
Full ownership of branch performance and profitability
Driving sales, customer engagement and local market presence
Leading, coaching and developing your team
Embedding strong operational standards and service excellence
Identifying and executing growth opportunities

About you:
Proven experience in branch management, business management or senior operational leadership
Background in trade wholesale, construction, plumbing,



electrical or a related sector (preferred, not essential)
Robust people leader with a customer-first mindset
Commercially astute, confident and comfortable with autonomy
Motivated by ownership, impact and long-term success
