As part of this winning Commercial Law team being mentored by a STAND-OUT industry-leading Partner + the Commercial Law Practice Leader, you will relish advising/transacting and litigating on a diverse multitude of intellectually stimulating, challenging and interesting commercial legal issues relating to but not limited to:

sale and purchase of businesses, directors/shareholders issues, joint ventures, licensing, franchising, commercial contracts, debt recovery/insolvency, leases, mortgages, intellectual property, employment law, defamation, construction law, trade practices/consumer law & trusts.

You will have carriage of your own files & assist seniors with complex/large scale cases.

WHO YOU ARE
