About the role

Senior Social Media Manager leading comprehensive social media strategies and client relationships for a Perth-based boutique marketing agency. You'll oversee all aspects of social media management: from strategic planning and content creation to client reporting. You'll be a trusted strategist and project lead who combines creative vision with data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients; build and maintain robust relationships; conduct strategy calls and presentations; ensure client satisfaction and retention
Develop comprehensive, data-informed social media strategies tailored to each client's business goals; recommend platform priorities and content pillars; analyse competitor landscapes
Create and manage content calendars (particularly Instagram) and coordinate posting schedules across platforms
Brief and coordinate content shoots; art direct creative assets; create and adapt content for Meta platforms and other channels
Provide assistance with the creation of assets for Meta paid advertising on Instagram and Facebook
Generate monthly performance reports; clearly communicate results to clients
Stay current with platform updates and trends

Minimum 3-years experience in similar role
