Our client, a local council in Melbourne’s Western Suburbs, is seeking an experienced Corporate Planning & Performance Officer to join their team on a 3 month contract.

This role will support the development and coordination of Council’s strategic planning and reporting, including the Council Plan, Annual Report, Quarterly Reports, business plans and LGPRF submissions.

Working across the organisation, you will coordinate reporting requirements, ensure data accuracy and compliance, and provide guidance to stakeholders around performance measures, KPIs and integrated planning.

About you:
Previous experience in corporate planning, performance, strategic planning or reporting
Local Government experience is highly desirable
Strong understanding of strategic and statutory planning and reporting requirements
Experience with Annual Reports,



quarterly reporting and LGPRF
Robust analytical skills and the ability to work with performance data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Robust stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across all levels of an organisation
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines
Data Analysis
