CJD Darwin are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our service team!

If you are capable of coordinating and completing administration, thrive in a rapid-paced environment, have outstanding communication skills and want to be part of a supportive team, this role might be a suitable fit!

As our Service Advisor, you'll provide essential support to our service department, from greeting and booking in servicing, coordinating daily workshop packs, PO's, communicating work updates and progress with customers and finalizing paperwork on the completion of servicing their vehicles.

It's a busy role where you are prioritising tasks consistently, no2 days are the same. Time passes quickly as you greet, process and finalise daily servicing work.

Whether you’re ready to step away from the tools into a less physical role or have experience in automotive admin, parts, or a TA role – this could be the perfect change, you have been thinking of.

What You’ll Do
Act as the primary contact for customers, drivers, and fleet managers.
Schedule service bookings to maximise workshop efficiency.
Create detailed job packs, manage approvals and excel at communication to keep the flow progressing.




Coordinate with technicians and parts teams arranging parts and specialised equipment fro repairs
Handle invoicing, warranty claims, and ensure compliance with OEM standards.
Keep customers informed with explicit updates and timelines.

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in automotive service department or as a Service Advisor.
Robust organisational skills and attention to detail.
Possess a confident clear communication style and have a positive attitude.
Computer savvy (Microsoft Office + dealership systems).
Current driver’s licence.
