Macmahon Maintenance Masters is Macmahon’s internal labour support division, providing support to Macmahon's surface and underground mining operations. The team is composed of experienced tradespeople and is suited to someone who is technically experienced, confident in their abilities and excited by the prospect of a new challenge every day.

About the Role

You’ll carry out repairs, servicing and diagnostics on electrical systems of Mobile Plant across our Tropicana Project, to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient operation on site. You’ll work alongside experienced teammates who share knowledge and support each other to get the job done safely and efficiently.

Location: Tropicana - 330km Northeast of Kalgoorlie
Roster: 2:1
Rate: $93 per hour (temp to perm after 3 months)

Responsibilities
Diagnostics, repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment
Complete servicing to OEM standards and site procedures
Support strong equipment availability and safe, reliable performance
Speak-up and contribute to our culture; everyone home safe, every swing
Work closely with production and planning teams to schedule work

What You’ll Bring
Australian-recognised trade
Experience with Heavy Mobile Equipment (CAT) brands or systems, ideally in Surface Mining
Manual Australian Driver’s Licence
High-Risk Licence (WAH, EWP, LF, etc.)
Ability to work as part of a team and step up when needed
Commitment to safe work practices and job quality
