The Role
You'll run your own desk end-to-end — client development, candidate management, and delivery — with the backing of a well-known brand, warm existing client relationships in the Slade network, and full support to keep growing your desk. This is a senior, largely autonomous role for someone who doesn't need managing day-to-day, but does want a genuine track into leading a team.
Own and grow a portfolio of clients and candidates in your area of expertise
Convert your existing industry relationships and rolodex into billings from day one
Run the full 360° recruitment cycle — BD, delivery, and account management
Mentor junior consultants informally as a first step toward a management path

What You'll Bring




Proven billing history as a recruitment consultant, ideally 3+ years
An existing network and client base— sector or industry specialism highly valued
A genuine BD mindset — comfortable picking up the phone, not just servicing inbound roles
Ambition to grow into people leadership, not just stay a top biller
