Our ideal candidate will:
Previous experience in a similar premium bar workplace
Strong bartending/mixology skills
A qualified demeanour, with a customer centric work ethic
An ability to thrive under pressure and work in a high paced environment
Excellent presentation and grooming
Can work both autonomously and collaboratively
Full working rights in Australia, with Availability to work a flexible roster (including daytime, evening and weekend shifts)
A current NSW RSA
