For this role, you will be joining our Fleet Headquarters team servicing all the fleet for the infrastructure projects in Western Australia.

Site based role with a hands-on variety of duties

About the Role As a Site Yardman, you will play an significant role in supporting the project team and keeping the site yard and laydown areas operating efficiently.

Your Duties Will Include
Refuelling mobile plant, vehicles and equipment
Managing fuel and refuelling activities in accordance with site procedures
Receiving and directing deliveries to the appropriate areas
Loading and unloading materials, equipment and deliveries
Moving and positioning materials and equipment around the yard
Maintaining storage areas and the yard




Assisting with the movement and organisation of plant and equipment
Checking, organising and maintaining materials and stock
Supporting Fleet team with materials and equipment as required
Keeping work areas, access areas and the yard clean, tidy and safe
Assisting with general site and yard duties as required
Reporting damaged equipment, stock issues or hazards to the relevant supervisor
Following all safety, environmental and project procedures

About You
Previous experience as a Yardman, Yard Hand, Site Support or similar role
Experience working around mobile plant and heavy equipment
Experience with refuelling plant and equipment
Strong understanding of site safety requirements
Good housekeeping and organisational skills
Ability to work outdoors and undertake manual handling duties
Ability to work effectively as part of a site team
A reliable and proactive approach to work
