Role DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Release Engineer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of software releases across development, testing, and production environments. The role focuses on ensuring reliable, efficient, and repeatable release processes while maintaining software quality and operational stability.

You will coordinate release activities, manage deployment schedules, and work closely with development, QA, DevOps, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of software changes. You will help maintain release plans, deployment procedures, version control practices, and release documentation while identifying and resolving issues that may affect deployment timelines or system stability.

The role also involves supporting CI/CD pipelines, release automation, environment management, and deployment monitoring. You will contribute to improving release workflows, reducing manual processes, strengthening quality controls, and increasing deployment efficiency. You will monitor release outcomes, document findings, and support continuous improvements to the overall software delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering,



or a related field.
Strong understanding of software development and software release lifecycles.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and software build and deployment processes.
Understanding of CI/CD concepts, automated testing, deployment pipelines, and release management practices.
Familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms, containers, scripting, and workplace management is preferred.
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Good understanding of change management, release documentation, and deployment procedures.
Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional technical teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow structured processes, and meet release schedules.
Proactive mindset with a strong focus on software quality, reliability, automation, and continuous improvement.
Valuable command of English and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
