Mad Mex Pacific Fair is seeking reliable, motivated and customer-focused Team Members to join our restaurant.
We are offering both casual and part-time positions. This role is suited to people who work well in a fast-paced environment, take pride in providing quality service and contribute positively to a team.
Key responsibilities
Provide friendly, professional and efficient customer service
Prepare and serve food according to Mad Mex recipes and standards
Process customer orders and operate the point-of-sale system
Follow food-safety, hygiene and workplace-safety procedures
Maintain accurate portioning and product presentation
Complete food preparation, cleaning and restocking duties
Keep all work areas clean, organised and ready for service
Work efficiently during busy lunch, dinner and weekend periods
Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team workplace
What we are looking for
A reliable and punctual approach to work
Solid communication and customer-service skills
The ability to work efficiently under pressure
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good attention to cleanliness, food quality and accuracy
The ability to follow instructions and established procedures
Availability to work a combination of weekdays, evenings and weekends
Applicants with reliable weekend availability will be highly regarded.
