Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Brisbane team on an initial 3-month contract, with the potential to extend.

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own the end-to-end recruitment journey from sourcing to onboarding. Reporting to the Principal – Talent Acquisition, you'll work closely with HR partners and hiring leaders to connect top talent with the right opportunities while keeping the experience seamless for everyone involved.

Key responsibilities
Own the end-to-end recruitment journey from sourcing to onboarding
Work closely with HR partners and hiring leaders
Source and connect top talent with opportunities
Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels
Bring fresh ideas and market insight to recruitment

About you
Recruitment experience, ideally within the mining or heavy/blue-collar space
Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels




Solid grasp of employment contracts and conditions
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and cooperative
Relevant qualifications in Business or HR are a plus, but not essential
