Excellent communication, both written and verbal
A commitment to working in a process-driven setting
The ability to balance multiple priorities and agendas
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
A knack for absorbing lots of information about car brands and services
Stellar customer service skills!





What you’ll do:
Be the go-between for customers and technicians, ensuring smooth communication
Proactively recommend services and products that advantage customers
Schedule appointments and manage the service process from start to finish
Explain the work done in the workshop, building trust and confidence with our customers
