Role DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead the retail team, and ensure excellent customer service, efficient inventory management, and solid sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth and efficient activities.
Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve sales and operational targets.
Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance, performance, and productivity.
Provide excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
Monitor daily sales, revenue, and overall store performance.
Manage stock receiving, inventory levels, replenishment, and regular stock checks.
Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, labelled, and organised.
Monitor POS transactions, cash handling, refunds, and daily sales reconciliation.
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and other departments when required.
Train and guide staff on customer service, product knowledge, and store procedures.
Support promotions, product launches,



and other sales activities.
Ensure the store is clean, secure, organised, and well maintained.
Identify opportunities to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and store efficiency.
Prepare sales, inventory, and operational reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and retail standards.
Perform other store management duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Previous experience in retail or store management is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Positive knowledge of sales, inventory control, and retail operations.
Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with POS and inventory management systems.
Responsible, proactive, professional, and results-oriented.
Able to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
