We appreciate diverse experience,



but specifically we are looking for candidates that have:
Must have at least 1 year of work experience as a Store Manager in similar industry.
Must have Diploma level relevant qualification
Demonstrated leadership experience in a quick-paced, high-energy setting
Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L; opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team
Previous success in meeting KPI’s
Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Duties include (but not limited to)
Manage the day-to-day operations of the store
Ensuring adherence to occupational health and safety regulations
Keeping track of inventory and financial records
Promoting and advertising the business’s products and services
Managing the company's budgeting process
Selling products and services to customers while providing guidance
Deciding on the product assortment, inventory levels, and service expectations
Overseeing the selection, training, and supervision of staff
Developing and executing policies for purchasing and marketing, and establishing pricing strategies
Other general management duties as required
