Role Description The Investment Administrator is a full-time, in office role based in Melbourne, VIC. The role involves supporting the daily operations of the investment and mortgage portfolios, including processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and preparing documentation related to loans and investor transactions.
Responsibilities include monitoring investment settlements and redemptions, reconciling accounts, updating internal systems, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
The Investment
Administrator will respond to investor and borrower inquiries, coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues, and assist with reporting,
statements, and data for management and regulatory purposes. The role requires consistent attention to detail, transparent communication, and a commitment to delivering timely and accurate administrative support.
Qualifications
Robust knowledge and practical understanding of Finance and Investments relevant to mortgage and fixed interest products.
Experience in Financial Services, ideally within funds management, banking, or lending environments.
Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to manage investor and borrower interactions professionally.
Proficiency with office software, spreadsheets, and database systems, with strong numerical accuracy and data entry skills.
Demonstrated ability to follow processes, maintain compliance standards, and handle confidential information responsibly.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently and collaboratively.
Prior experience in investment administration, loan administration, or back-office operations is highly regarded.
Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
