F&B; ManagerRole DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and customer-focused F&B; Manager to oversee daily food and beverage operations, lead the F&B; team, and ensure excellent service, food quality, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of restaurants, cafés, bars, and other F&B; outlets.
Lead, supervise, and motivate F&B; staff to maintain high service standards.
Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance and performance.
Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, service, and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, feedback, and special requests professionally.
Monitor daily sales, revenue, food costs, and operating expenses.
Manage inventory, stock levels, purchasing, and supplier coordination.
Control food waste and ensure productive use of ingredients and supplies.
Coordinate closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Train and develop staff on service standards, product knowledge, and company procedures.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and workplace safety requirements.




Support promotions, events, menu changes, and other revenue-generating activities.
Monitor outlet performance and identify prospects to improve sales and service.
Prepare sales, cost, inventory, and operational reports for management.
Ensure F&B; areas are clean, organised, and maintained to company standards.
Perform other F&B; management duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Previous experience in F&B; management or a senior hospitality role is preferred.
Robust knowledge of restaurant, café, bar, or hotel F&B; operations.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of food costing, inventory control, budgeting, and cost management.
Familiarity with POS and F&B; management systems.
Professional, organised, proactive, and results-oriented.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple operational tasks.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and overtime when required.
