An exciting chance is available for a driven and experienced Group Fleet Sales Manager to grow our fleet sales across the group including Parramatta MG & LDV, Five Dock MG, RAM & LDV, and Chatswood Renault & Nissan. This role is ideal for a strategic fleet professional who thrives on building relationships, winning large-volume business, and driving commercial performance across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities include:
Develop and implement strategies to identify and secure new fleet business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve targets
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities
Ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish
Provide expert advice and assistance to customers regarding vehicle selection, customization options, and fleet management solutions
Negotiate on contracts and pricing
Collaborate closely with internal departments, including sales, finance, and service

We’re looking for someone who brings:
Prior experience in a similar Fleet Sales Manager role, or extensive fleet sales experience with a proven track record of success
Strong attention to detail and accuracy throughout the sales process
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and develop effective sales strategies
Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused with a passion for excellence
