Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests on arrival and provide a skilled first point of contact




Support guest flow and movement across event spaces
Direct and escort guests to designated areas as required
Assist with general guest enquiries

Qualifications
Skilled and confident presence in public-facing settings
Experience in events, hospitality or customer service preferred
Ability to follow instructions and work to a structured run sheet
Able to remain composed in fast-paced environments
